( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ ﾀﾀﾞｲﾏｧ
I finally made people! *dances around all happy like*. The following are “chibis” that I mention in the most recent blog update:
This is Batman and Catwoman from the 1960’s Batman live tv show.
After I made the previous two, I wanted to try making Sailor Moon so so so bad, that I rushed through it and made a few mistakes, namely the collar. Personally I don’t think it’s that great, but my friends have said it’s blog worthy so here she is!
Princess Toadstool from Super Mario Brothers. I still haven’t figured out what kind of expression I want her to have, so she is faceless for now V_V
Alright moving on, here is the custom job:
This little guy is named Laser and he is the mascot for my friend’s company. Being a hedgehog n’ all, he has a ton of little tiny spikes that were quite the feat to make.
Finally we have the latest charms:
These are Dragon Balls, from the anime Dragon Ball (hrm that’s not redundant at all X_X)
Boo Diddley from Super Mario Brothers. This is another custom request, so I hope she likes him 🙂
Thanks for stopping by everyone. Please leave me any suggestions for future projects or feedback on the new stuff.
I hope you all have a good weekend!!
Hi and welcome back! ^_^ After the video game character charms, and the chibis, I had a chance to make some cakes. There was a Halloween cake on the cover of a cooking magazine that had really cool colors, so my intention was to create it and put it in a Halloween container. Here is how it went down:
Despite looking lovely and yummy, it is too big for the container V_V
Next I made this one, which again, does not fit. I forgot how to measure X_X
After the last two, I figured I would make one even smaller, match the size to the container, and finally reach my goal. Well, at the last minute I stupidly put too wide of frosting on the edge and it doesn’t fit either. >.<
After the cakes, I made this pair of earrings to be festive n’ stuff. Kawaiiiii
Here are the three Halloween containers I decoden’d. The golden snitch lookin’ bats, pumpkins, candy corn, and wicked witch head were made by me. (You may recognize the witch and small candy corns from a prior post. Yay they finally got a home:) )
That’s all the Halloween for now. Here are the rest of the Decodens.
This was a request from my Grandma to give as a Christmas gift to a little girl who likes flowers and princess stuff. I hope she likes it ^_^
This is an iPhone 5 case ^_^ I would use it but I have a 4, so this one is for sale.
I found some 4 cases so I can make one for myself soooooon ^_^
Alrighty see ya next time!
I have been talking about making this for a while, and finally got to create it today.
Any other Candy Crush fans out there will know exactly what this is. ＼（＾ ＾）／
*dances around wildly*
ホーリー！！( ・_・）ノ ζ|||ζ
I did it! ^_^
Here is a side view so you can see the texture and depth.
This is the Candy Crush icon on a cellular phone, for the uninitiated 😛
Have a good night/day/whatever time it is where you are!
I really really wanted to make one of these after having seen the advert Oreo put on the social media sites. Though, back then I didn’t make all this fun stuff.
Then after the big Prop 8 and DOMA victories ＼(*T▽T*)／ , I figured it would be the perfect time to create the ultimate Oreo. ^_^
The bottom creme is a bit thicker than the top. I will be redoing it in the near future.
If they sold these in stores, Oreo wouldn’t have a fast enough production line to meet the demand.
Though, with the amount of creme it would take, they may have to put an FDA warning on it or something. SUUUGARR OVERRLOOADDD
Just a few, for now
Since my Hello Kitty charms didn’t come out as well as planned, they have not ended up stuck in any frosting yet ｬダヽ(ｏ`皿′ｏ)ﾉ and I really wanted to make something with HK >.<
This dude was sitting on my desk, minding his own business, until I came along and stole his square display container from him, (for a failed experiment but it will be useful in time), rendering him virtually homeless.
So, in order to make up for it I set him free.
Well, the point is that this time the “frosting” is supposed to resemble a cloud. Hopefully :p
Yay Oreo Container time! Here is the classic, more refined style Oreo, an ideal gift for the friend in your life who has a desk with small objects on it which might need some storage, or collects tiny rocks found on their adventures.
This is the froo froo oreo container with cake frosting and bling dots. You know how hard I try to refrain from using pink for everything~?!?! That is why they are blue. Plus, for some reason, the “vibe” of Oreo seems to work well with blue tones.
Speaking of certain incensed sky traveling animals:
“Ill Tempered Birds”
Every time I see Angry Birds it reminds me of this toy machine. While I got this image from search, I have spotted one at my local “store that calls itself a dollar store but isn’t actually a $1 store”.
Today we’ve got two new containers and one old creation that didn’t make it in the last round of pictures （￣へ￣）. But it is up now so check em out!
As usual, clicky to enlargey.
I really like the Hello Kitty bow, tho I’m not so sure about the way this one turned out V_V Maybe one of y’all likes it tho!
This one is really cool in it’s simplicity. The blueberry cluster is made from polymer clay but still looks good enough to eat!
This is one of the first containers I decoden’d. I like the spiral pattern, and I think my fruit cane slices came out pretty good. *Note all fruit canes I’ve used were made by me ^_^
Next I am thinking to make a container with an Oreo lid, but I’m not sure if that would look weird. What do you think? o(^^o)(o^^)o
Here are some containers that I have Decoden’d. They are some of my favorite creations so far, because they are cute and useful.
Please click on the images to enlarge them!
These are My Little Pony boxes that I decorated for practice. They came out pretty well for some first tries.
This is a pinkish clear container with a cute flower on the top and some stickers I got at the Japanese store.
This is a Bon Bon lip gloss container with some decorations on it. I like it cause it’s so tiny.
A pencil box shaped like a chocolate bar with some great design ideas. This has been a template of sorts for some of the other creations. Though, the amount of failures in this box shall remain a secret for now!
I painted the lid of this container to mimic the one made below. The bow and black motif is actually kinda classy looking, for what these are, anyways.
This one reminds my boyfriend of an Oreo. He kept threatening to eat it when I first made it…. actually, he still wants to eat it 😛
There will be many more containers in the future, I plan to put some different designs on the edges and perhaps one day make secret containers that don’t look like they hold something on first glance. 😀
